If you transfer to Ontario quickly, you may not need to fully complete all APC requirements
This course is done online via Zoom (scheduled course dates, with 2 weeks online + 2 days via Zoom)
APC cost: $875
To receive your BC real estate license, you must join a British Columbia brokerage (many are fully online, like eXp Realty).
The brokerage submits your licensing application to the BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA)- BC Real Estate BOSS. You must obtain all necessary approvals and documents, such as background checks, before your registration is complete. You cannot trade in real estate until your registration is finalized and all requirements are met.
Once approved, you officially become a licensed Real Estate Representative in British Columbia.

Once licensed in BC, you can transfer your license through the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO)- ON Real Estate BOSS.
